Any registered student of a recognised institution may apply. You will be asked for your institution, programme and level during the application.
Once your application is approved we reserve the bed and raise an accommodation fee. The hold lasts 7 days. After that the bed is released back to the pool.
Yes. During the accommodation step you can pick a preferred hostel, room type and specific room where beds are still free.
After approval a fee appears in your student portal. Payments are recorded by the accounts office and a receipt is issued to your portal.
Your reserved bed is converted into an allocation, and you can check in at the hostel reception on your arrival date.
